The Wagner 4-270 Unica pump, with a pressure ratio of 4.5: 1 and a maximum operating pressure of 27 bar, sets new standards in the “world” of double diaphragm pumps.
Membrane technology is an effective alternative to piston pumps for pumping paints, abrasive products, reactive materials (eg UV, acrylics) and is essential for pumping “shear-sensitive” or moisture-sensitive materials ( e.g. isocyanates).
In fact, the Unica does not generate friction inside and, being completely sealed, it avoids even the slightest contact between the reactive product and the external atmosphere.
