The Solventless pneumatic extruder for single-component adhesives is aimed at the sectors of laminating plastic films and laminating paper, cardboard, aluminum and especially in the production of food packaging.
Thanks to the simplicity and effectiveness of the automatisms the system is equipped with, the Solventless allows the operator to safely and cleanly transfer the amount of glue required for production directly to the laminating or laminating machine.
It allows the product to be heated to the most suitable temperature: in fact, it has flexible pipes and an electronically controlled heated pressing plate, with the possibility of adjusting the temperature. Only the product close to application is heated, without thermal shock.
