Physical chemical plants – flotation water treatment plant

Our plants are designed and developed to treat wastewater containing harmful dissolved non-biodegradable substances such as: mineral inert substances; organic substances; mineral oils: detergents and solvents; paint or suspended residues. Through a sequence of different stages of processing, our SEDFLOCs are able to make the necessary chemical transformations of the polluting elements, obtaining shovelable and removable sludge. Specifically, the treatment of metals is the characterizing element of the different plants, which by the very nature of the different areas of application, will in any case be quite diversified and customized according to the needs of the customer and the water to be treated. In general, through the use of specific chemical products, the separation by gravity of the pollutants dissolved in the waste water (primarily metals in the form of hydroxides and insoluble salts, inorganic pollutants, inks and paints) is obtained. Following the different stages of chemical reaction, the plant involves the phase of separation of the sludge from the water by gravitational fall (sedimentation), thus producing clarified water. A further fundamental feature of these systems is that they operate continuously until the treated water is discharged or recycled. the plant involves the phase of separation of the sludge from the water by gravitational fall (sedimentation), thus producing clarified water.
