Honeycomb filter for painting booths

The multilayer filters used in the filtration of the expulsion air of the spray painting areas of liquid paint products and in the separation of the solid part of the Overspray

Classified as Hi-tech, the multilayer filters are formed by the overlapping of stretched fire-retardant paper meshes joined by longitudinal seams with silicon-free yarn

The standard multilayer filter consists of the following layers, in the direction of the air flow:

• L (large layer)
• Lx (large crossed layer)
• Lx + (large crossed layer)
• S (small layer)
• MM (mini-mesh layer)

Characteristics of the standard multilayer filter:

• self-extinguishing stretched paper, with final mini-mesh
• the various layers are superimposed and tied by sewing
• suitable for single-layer filtration or pre-filtration
