Filter pre-filter for painting booths, also taylor cut

The White Polyester Filters are “non-woven” filter media made of 100% polyester synthetic fibers of various strength, length and curl.
The synthetic fibers are bonded by PVC resin or by fusion.
The resulting structure is at random disposition of the fibers, with progressive density in the direction of the air flow, to increase the dust accumulation capacity.

The polyester air prefilters are characterized by excellent performance in terms of efficiency and pressure drop.
The progressive structure also allows high dust accumulations with lower pressure drop increases than filters with homogeneous structure.

The white polyester filter media are particularly suitable for pre-filtration in air handling units, in civil and industrial air conditioning systems, in heating systems.

The white filter fabric has an efficiency class G3 according to the EN779: 2012 standard and has a thickness of 15 mm.
